Abandonment of Wells Under the New Norm – Sacrificial Tubing Approach

Abstract: This paper presents the success story of an exploration well in Malaysia evaluating the conventional approach of stacked cement plugs against the use of sacrificial tubing with a hydraulic disconnect sub system.
