Abstract: BackgroundSystemic sclerosis (SSc) is characterized by systemic autoimmunity, vasculopathy and fibrosis. Nailfold Videocapillaroscopy (NVC) is a safe method to detect and to analyze morphological microvascular abnormalities in SSc patients.
