Abstract:BackgroundAntisynthethase syndrome (ASS) is a heterogeneous rare inflammatory condition characterized by myopathy, intersticial lung disease (ILD), arthritis, mechanic hands and Raynaud phenomenon (RP). The hallmark of ASS is the presence of antibodies against aminoacyl-transfer RNA synthetases (anti-ARS).
