Ab0185 ultrasound in Inflammatory Arthralgia: Should We Always Scan?

Abstract: Background:Patients with inflammatory arthralgia (IA) are considered to be at increased risk for progression to RA. Ultrasound (US) has shown high sensitivity to detect synovitis compared with physical examination.
