Abstract: BackgroundInterleukin (IL)-17A is a pro-inflammatory cytokine and is involved in the pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) (1,2). Various cells can produce IL-17A. However, it is not clear which cell types in PsA patients are responsible for the production of IL-17A.
