Abstract: Systemic AA amyloidosis is a relatively rare complication of chronic inflammatory disorders, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, familial Mediterranean fever and other autoinflammatory syndromes, Crohn's disease, malignancies and recurrent infections.
