Abstract:Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are caused by presence and growth of microorganisms anywhere in UT, which is an important cause of morbidity and mortality. Most cases of UTIs are caused by Enterobacteriacea especially Escherichia coli (E. coli), Klebsiella species and Enterobacter species.
