Introduction: Cardiovascular disease is one of diseases which the highest mortality rate in Indonesia, to solve that problem, patients with cardiovascular diseases should be monitored and controlled.Method: The design of this manuscript uses literature review. Data was retrieved from database research journal used in Science Direct, Proquest, SpringerLink and Wiley and internet searches Online in the period of 2012-2017. Analysis result from paper research was there were 13 journals.Results: Electrocardiogram in the community use wireless sensor, mobile and community platform used receiving, analysing, and transmitting data. The system will make easier to monitor the patient's condition for 24 hours and send data from remote and unlimited locations.Conclutions: This monitoring system can help to detect altered electrical cardiac signal, that will automatically send alarms to server accompanied by google maps to show patient’s location. This system makes nurses easy to change diet plans, cure, and the changes. This system is very flexible, easy to use, cheap, and confidentially ensure patient. This system using online system leads to decrease individual social contacts and allow for delay in data transmission process. This study show that the implementation system can develope to reduce mortality due to heart disease.

<p>Despite the morbidity and cases of widespread drug poisoning, clinical guidelines are largely written by taking into account only one treatment at a time. The cumulative impact of multiple treatments is rarely considered. Drug treatment for people with several diseases produces a complex regimen called “polypharmacy” with a potential combination of harmful and even lethal drugs that can be prevented. This polypharmacy causes in many cases the death of some people due to drug interactions. The vast majority of these deaths can be prevented by detecting interactions before taking these medications. But the problem is that such information exists in a state that is difficult to access for the general public, much less for people with little knowledge in the field. Although the pharmacist is unmistakable and most viable source to avoid such a problem, he cannot know what the patient does not mention because he is not aware of what may affect his treatment. To remedy this, we aim in this paper to develop an ergonomic Android application that will inform the patient about the potential risks of such drug interactions. The application is optimized to handle various databases and operate automation of QR code.</p>

This paper aims to review the effects of smartphones in the medical field and investigate some of their usages in the healthcare area that can be very helpful in the future. Methodology Conducting a comprehensive literature review on smartphonebased system formed the theoretical foundation of this paper. Findings The model shows that medical related apps, smartphone uses in medical devices, smartphone based health parameters monitoring, and medical survey using smart phones are four example of approaching smartphones to the medical device. Research limitations/implications The research that was used is limited to around 30 papers from relevant conferences within the particular industry of interest. Originality/value This paper shows the approaching of smartphones to the hospitals and health field generally, and how that is important.
