The Internet of Things (IoT) is the dynamic and global network infrastructure where smart interconnected objects continuously generate massive amount of data which then transmitted over internet. A lot of work is done on building low cost small devices, their connectivity and communication. However there is a little work done on data management as well as the type of database systems (DoT: Database for IoT) that must be used in IoT. DoT requirements are different than the traditional database requirements. WSN Data management solutions are applied to Iot but WSN is just a part of IoT and it needs another solution for data management. In this paper we will focus on different types of IoT data, data management and their challenges in IoT . This paper also considers database requirements for IoT and focuses on selection of DoT by considering type of devices and their capabilities.

Intrusion detection systems(IDS) has assumes an important part to protect the qualities of PC mostly into two classifications: malignant and irrelevant exercises. Intrusion detection can be accomplish by Categorization. Another machine learning based algorithm for order of information is actualized to network intrusion detection is presented in this paper. The most basic employment is to separate exercises of network are as ordinary or irrelevant while decreasing the misclassification. The goal of Intrusion detection framework (IDS) are to apply all the accessible data keeping in mind the end goal to distinguish the attacks by outcast programmers and abuse of insiders. For Network intrusion detection there are diverse arrangement models have been produced, the most regularly connected strategies are Support Vector Machine(SVM) and Ant Colony both consider their qualities and shortcomings independently. To diminishes the shortcoming, blend of the SVM technique with Ant Colony to take the advantages ofboth . A standard benchmark of information set KDD99 is assessed and actualized as another algorithm. Despite the fact that to increment both the grouping rate and runtime adequacy it is important to actualize the Combining Support Vectors with Ant Colony which beat SVM alone . An individual continuous network dataset and a notable dataset i.e. KDD99 CUP has been actualized as proposed framework. All attack sorts, detection rate, detection speed, false alert rate can be measured by execution of intrusion detection framework IDS.

The road and rail accidents are increasing with the advancement of human errors. Majority of the level crossing positions are not guided by any accident preventive mechanism and even not accompanied by a skilled person. This paper presents an automatic rail gate control system at level crossing positions and accident prevention mechanism. Two vibration sensors are used to control the open and close state of the gate at level crossing position. An ultrasonic sensor is positioned to detect an unauthorized object on the track. Open and Close status of the gate and unauthorized object on the track will be communicated with the central control room using wireless communication protocol. The experimental results proved the proposed mechanism is a prudent approach to safeguard the human and to curtail the train accidents.
