Abstract:A slotted microstrip patch antenna for fifth‐generation (5G) mobile applications is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna addresses the intrinsic narrow bandwidth of patch antennas by introducing rectangular slots in the form of a disjointed H‐slot to broaden the bandwidth.
