A Web-Based Approach to Managing Stress and Mood Disorders in the Workforce

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based multimedia health promotion program for the workplace, designed to help reduce stress and to prevent depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.
