Abstract

The Video Streaming in WLANs Taxonomy (ViSWAT) is a comprehensive framework designed to categorize and structure the diverse aspects of video streaming over Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs). ViSWAT encompasses various dimensions, including content type, network architecture, quality of service, device and application, video resolution, content source, security, wireless standards, multicast, buffering, latency, content delivery, and user interaction.
