A versatile, multi-laser twin-microscope system for light-sheet imaging

Abstract: Light-sheet microscopy offers faster imaging and reduced phototoxicity in comparison to conventional point-scanning microscopy, making it a preferred technique for imaging biological dynamics for durations of hours or days.
