A validated chemiluminescence immunoassay for methotrexate (MTX) and its application in a pharmacokinetic study

Abstract: Polyclonal antibodies for anticancer drug methotrexate (MTX) were originally produced, and a chemiluminescence immunoassay was developed for plasma MTX determination.
