A Unified Thermodynamics Model for Solid–Liquid Equilibrium, Liquid–Liquid Equilibrium, and Vapor–Liquid Equilibrium of Cyclohexane Oxidation Systems: NRTL Model

Abstract: The solubility of adipic acid (AA), glutaric acid (GA), and succinic acid (SA) in acetic acid (HAc) + cyclohexanol solvent mixtures was measured by the laser dynamic method. The experimental temperature ranged from 300.75 to 347.05 K, and the mole fraction of HAc in the solvent mixtures ranged from 0.0000 to 1.0000. Together with the available solid–liquid equilibrium (SLE) and liquid–liquid equilibrium (LLE) data of the oxidation for cyclohexane in the published literatures, the interaction parameters of the … Show more

“…The measurement of solubility was carried out by the method of laser dynamics, which is described in detail in the literature. The experimental equipment is composed of a detection system, a temperature detection system, a magnetic mixing system, a condensation system, and a water temperature control system in Figure . The manufacturer and model of the instrument are given in Table .…”

“…In this experiment, the method of laser dynamics is used to determine the solubilities of IPA and m -TA. The experimental apparatus consists of a solid–liquid equilibrium (SLE) unit, a laser-detecting system, a temperature-controlling and monitoring unit, and a magnetic stirring system (Figure ). Briefly, the experiment was carried out in a 100 mL glass bottle with a magnetic stirrer and a jacket linked to a thermostatic water-circulator bath.…”
