“…Compared with 3D-PCs, monolayer-ordered arrays of two-dimensional photonic crystals (2D-PCs) can be easily fabricated and precisely controlled . 2D-PCs have been intensively investigated in the field of sensors, displays, and solar cells , because of the simple preparing procedure, low cost, high production efficiency, and easy functionalization . When the incident light located in the 2D-PC plane interacts with the ordered arrays, the photonic band gap of 2D-PCs will limit the propagation path of light.…”

“…Inverse opal MIP films, which use colloidal crystals as templates for the morphology of their pore structure, have been reported for the fabrication of label-free photonic sensors [8,9]. The methodology relies on the optical properties of the film, in particular the shift of the reflectance peak wavelength that occurs after target molecules are adsorbed [10,11]. Pesticide detection by photonic MIPs was reported for several pesticides, including imidacloprid [12][13][14], atrazine [15,16], 2,4-D [17], parathion [18], and methyl paraoxon [19].…”

“…Therefore a novel pretreatment that has high selectivity, stability, simple operation and good antiinterference ability for glycoprotein tumor biomarkers is important to solve these drawbacks for antibody-free analysis. 4 Molecular imprinting is an attractive technique to prepare highly selective polymers which have synthesized binding sites and can rebind specically with a template molecule. The obtained molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are stable, robust, and low cost.…”
