Abstract:The capacitor mismatch among diverse defects caused by variations in the manufacturing process significantly affects the linearity of the capacitor array used to implement the capacitive digital-to-analog converter (CDAC) in the successive-approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC).
