Abstract: An aberrant right subclavian artery described by David Bayford, is rare and one of the aortic arch anomalies. It gives usually incidental findings. We present the case of a 57-year-old woman who was admitted to a neurology outpatient clinic due to a headache and no obvious pathology was detected during a physical examination.
