A tool for understanding and measuring end-user e-Business competency

Abstract: We developed measures for an end-user e-Business competency are developed from major components of general competency. By performing factor analysis and reliability analysis on the developed measurement items through a pilot test, we proposed a 16-item tool that can measure an end-user's e-Business competency in an e-Business environment.
