A tolerability burden index in schizophrenia: incorporating patient perspective in clinical trial adverse event reporting

Abstract: Background: Adverse event (AE) reporting in clinical trials does not fully capture the patient-level perspective and comparing tolerability across treatments or among studies is difficult.
