A time‐staggered second order conservative time scheme for variable density flow

Abstract: In this study, we present a robust conservative time-staggered scheme for variable density flow. This pressure correction scheme uses the compressible Navier-Stokes equations and is implemented in the collocated finite-volume open-source computational fluid dynamics solver code_saturne.
