“…Composite is composed of two or more types of different natures of materials, through the physical or chemical method, and various materials make the best of the both worlds mutually, and the synergies is produced, so its comprehensive performance is better than that of the original composed materials, which can meet the need of different requirements. [1][2][3][4] The prepared doublelayer coating of flexible composites is based on the above principle, the positive and negative of the continuous basalt fiber fabrics were coated with the reflecting layer of the ablation resistance with the high temperature-and flame-resistant ablation and reflection function of the heat ray and the insulation layer with the efficient heat insulation function, through the way, double-layer coating of flexible composites with functions of the reflection of the ablation resistance and heat insulation were prepared: [5][6][7][8] the reflecting layer of the ablation resistance directly contacts with the flame outside the world or high temperature environment, and reflects a large amount of the radiant heat and tolerances the ablation of the high temperature flame, which can effectively protect the lasting role of the thermal protection of the base cloth of continuous basalt fiber fabrics and the insulation layer; the base cloth of continuous basalt fiber fabrics with the good resistance to the high temperature provide the good mechanical property for the composite system, and ensuring the good flexibility of materials; [9][10][11][12] Heat insulation layer is given priority to the aerogel insulation filler, which can significantly decrease the back temperature of double-layer coating of flexible composites, and have the very good heat insulation effect. Through the effective coordination of the three layers, leading to functions of the ablation resistance, the reflection of heat rays and heat insulation of double-layer coating of flexible composites, achieving the good thermal protection effect.…”
