A tetracobalt(ii) cluster with a two vertex truncated dicubane topology endogenously supported by carboxylate-based (2-pyridyl)methylamine ligands: magneto-structural and DFT studies
Abstract:Detailed magneto-structural studies on a defective dicubane coordination cluster with structural core {CoII4Cl2(μ-1,1-OCO)4(μ3-OCH3)2} reveal two ferromagnetic and an antiferromagnetic exchange coupling, which is rationalized by DFT calculations.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
