A ternary biocomposite based on modified fish scale collagen and ginsenoside Rb1: preparation, properties and bioactivities

Abstract: This paper presents some characteristics, morphologies and bioactivities of modified collagen films (MCF) in a combination of fish scale collagen gel, crosslinking agent and ginsenoside Rb1. Collagen was extracted from freshwater fish scales by biochemical methods using pepsin enzyme to improve collagen hydrolysis.
