A terminologia CIPE® e a participação do Centro CIPE® brasileiro em seu desenvolvimento e disseminação

Abstract

ReSUmOObjetiva-se descrever (1) ), since the International Council of Nurses (ICN) assumed, in 1989, the task of developing a classification of the elements of professional practice (nursing diagnoses, interventions and outcomes) with an international ambit; (2) the ICNP ® Programme and its structural components, which fit together to conform the ICNP ® terminology life cycle; (3) the Centres for ICNP ® Research and Development, accredited by ICN; (4) finally, the Brazilian Center's contribution for research, development and dissemination of the ICNP ® terminology. The ICNP â is constantly evolving and much has been achieved in nearly twenty-five years of its development. The ICNP ® Centres have played a key role in the development, dissemination and use of the terminology in different fields of professional practice -teaching, clinical practice, research and management of nursing care.

Methodological approach for the development of terminology subsets ICNP®: an integrative review

“…In spite of the several classifications existing internationally, in 2008, the International Classification for the Practice of Nursing (ICNP®) was approved in the family of classifications of the World Health Organization, as a system with unified nursing language . 6 In addition to using a classification system, the nurse should base the actions of the Nursing Process in a theoretical framework and, in this study, the Interactive Theory of Breastfeeding was developed deductively, based on Imogene King's Conceptual Model of Interactive Open Systems (1981) and based on evidence from the scientific literature. This theory describes, explains, predicts and prescribes the phenomenon of breastfeeding by examining the factors that precede and influence in the breastfeeding process, as well as its and consequences, and is classified as a medium-range theory.…”

Nursing care to patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy
