Abstract:A temperature, pH and ion sensitive, block copolymer, monomethoxypolyethylene glycol (MPEG)–block-polyethyleneimine (PEI) was synthesized by carbodimide activation. MPEG-PEI block copolymer exhibited a thermally reversible phase transition from insoluble to soluble form with increasing temperature at neutral pH.
