A Telestroke Nurse and Neuroradiologist Model for Extended Window Code Stroke Triage

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Distinguishing features of our stroke network include routine involvement of a telestroke nurse (TSRN) for code stroke activations at nonthrombectomy centers and immediate availability of neuroradiologists for imaging interpretation.
