A Technology of Hydrocarbon Fluid Production Intensification by Productive Stratum Drainage Zone Reaming

Abstract: The paper proposes a new technology for fluid production intensification, in particular hydrocarbons, which is implemented via significant increasing of the local wellbore diameter in the interval, where the productive stratum is present. The proposed technology improves the well productivity by increasing the filtration surface area and opening new channels for filtering fluids into the well. The innovative, technical idea is to drill large diameter circular recesses in planes perpendicular to the well axis. … Show more

“…For surface hardening of parts of elite models of downhole ejection systems, chromium plating in a flowing electrolyte is used, as well as functionally gradient coatings of required parts of surfaces [74][75][76]. New technological schemes for hydrocarbon development from used wells to use additionally non-commercial and closed deposits and extend mining enterprise operation are presented in [77][78][79][80].…”

“…This issue also applies to the mining industry of solid, liquid and gaseous minerals, which is expected to intensify production while minimizing negative impacts on the environment [4][5][6]. This determines the conduct of research and the search for new solutions-both in terms of improving the reliability of machines [7][8][9][10] and optimizing production processes [11][12][13][14][15][16][17] as well as improving work safety [18][19][20][21][22] and caring for the environment [23].…”

“…Use of coal to generate syngas, methanol, liquid fuel, and other deficit products is the tendency of special topicality [4][5][6]. That makes it possible to consider coal as a reliable alternative source of obtaining carbohydrate raw material, especially in terms of exhaustion of oil and gas reserves due to growing volumes of their consumption and low rates of additional exploration of oil-and-gas fields [7][8][9][10][11].…”
