A szárazsó-belégzéssel történő kezelés elméleti alapjai és gyakorlati haszna

Abstract: A szárazsó-belégzés a sóbányák egészségre hasznos klímáját reprodukálja mesterséges környezetben. Lényege, hogy a vegytiszta nátrium-klorid-kristályokat 3 μm-nél kisebb átmérőjű szemcsékké őrlik és elporlasztva egy kellemesen hűvös és alacsony relatív páratartalmú szoba levegőjébe fújják, amíg annak koncentrációja 10-30 mg/m 3 lesz a szoba levegőjében. A beteg (vagy egészséges) személyek ezt lélegzik be 30-60 percen keresztül, általában kúraszerűen 10-20 egymás utáni alkalommal. A belélegzett só ozmózisos nyom… Show more

“…Moreover, the wearing of a NaCl-coated mask may mimic the effects of dry salt inhalation (halotherapy), frequently used to prevent and treat respiratory tract infections. Due to the increased osmotic pressure of inhaled NaCl, the following effects were observed, which are likely to be of clinical benefit in times of SARS-CoV-2: a decrease in inflammation and bronchial hyperreactivity, increased mucociliary elimination, dissolution of mucus, inhibition of bacterial growth, an increase in phagocyte activity and effects on general well-being and quality of life, such as relaxation effects on the central nervous system [ 27 , 28 , 29 ]. Finally, it should be noted that salt impregnation of face masks is by no means specific, but likely affects all kinds of microorganisms.…”

“…The microcirculation of the skin is improved as a result of the application of the dry salt aerosol. The increase in permeability and electrophysiological activity of the cell membrane that is caused by the dry salt aerosol contributes to the penetration of a variety of treatments that are used in dermatology and cosmetology, which in turn increases the efficacy of these treatments (13).…”
