Abstract: Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been highlighted as one of the emerging technologies following the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) within the Malaysian construction scene. Its potential includes the ability to enhance a project’s collaborative aspect within a project. The application, however, remains slow in comparison to the push by the Malaysian government to be at par with developed nations.
