A Systematic Approach to Evaluate Patients Presenting With ST-Segment Elevation in Lead aVR: A Case Series

Abstract: ST-segment elevation (STE) in the lead aVR indicates global ischemia of the myocardium and is often associated with obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD).
