“…Phytostimulatory effects of biosynthesized AgNPs on seedling elongation and their biomass growth have been reported in Oryza sativa [17] and Trigonella foenum-graceum [16]. Treatment of Chrysanthemum morifolium with 7.5 ppm AgNPs applied to tissue cultures significantly improved plant height, length and width of leaves, and plant fresh and dry weight [36]. In Swertia chirata, supplementation of the cultivation media with AgNPs of 20 nm in diameter favorably influenced shoot morphogenesis [7].…”

“…Research on resistance to many microorganisms of AgNPs in culture is still very limited, so this is a prerequisite study to add more data on the microorganism resistance of AgNPs. Tung et al (2018) used AgNPs in micoponic culture, the results showed that AgNPs plays a role in increasing plant growth as well as reducing a number of microorganisms (eight bacterial species and three fungal species) in the microponic medium. Disinfection of ex vitro leaves, flower stalks and stems with HgCl2 disinfectant, the recorded results show that the explant induction only reach about 30 -35% (Nhut et al, 2005).…”

“…Microponic culture: A circular plastic box (500 mL) with 8.5 cm in height, 12 cm in top diameter and 9 cm in bottom diameter (Dai Dong Tien, Vietnam) was contained 40 mL of ½ MS medium (a half mineral) (Tung et al, 2018).…”

“…So far, studies on microroponic have been limited. Microponic systems have many advantages over traditional breeding systems because of inheriting the advantages of micropropagation and culture systems (Hahn et al, 1996(Hahn et al, , 1998(Hahn et al, , 2000Nhut et al, 2005;Tung et al, 2018). In a microponic system, it only takes 2 weeks for the plant to transfer the plants to the greenhouse.…”
