A symptomatic anterior mediastinal mass with a simultaneous Haemophilus influenzae infection

Abstract: Surgical resection remains the treatment of choice for mature mediastinal teratoma, and the operation itself is sometimes complicated or life‐threatening, especially when it ruptures into adjacent vital structures.
