A Survey on Ultra Wide Band and Narrow Band Low Noise Amplifiers for Wireless Transceivers

Abstract: This paper presents the survey of the design of Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for different wireless applications. This paper focuses diverse design techniques and new architectures in the design and implementation of low noise amplifier such as self-biased, forward bias, common source cascade, Cascode, body bias and LNA based on dual resonance techniques.
