Abstract: ÖZET AMAÇ: Hemşirelerin, işten ve meslekten ayrılmalarını önlemek için, işe ve mesleğe karşı tutumlarının belirlenmesine gereksinim vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı kuşaklardaki hemşirelerin işten ve meslekten ayrılma niyetleri ile örgütsel ve mesleki bağlılıklarının incelenmesidir.
