Abstract

The article presents results of studying the tasks of traffic monitoring in high-density networks, choosing the structure and configuration of monitoring tools for full-scale and combined modeling. Subject of study. Tasks of traffic monitoring in high-density networks. Research method. System analysis and statistical analysis. Main results. The structure of the monitoring device is selected, the main monitoring functions are formulated, as an example, the results of traffic monitoring obtained in the course of a field experiment are described. Practical significance. The obtained results can be used for traffic monitoring in high-density networks and integrated to undergraduate or graduate education courses.
