“…With both groups making large gains, though, the results suggest that an online training model focusing solely on building theoretical knowledge may rely on the provision of asynchronous interactive content only. This conclusion is supported by Kingsdorf and Pancocha's ( 2020 ) comparison of the efficacy of online versus in-person lectures in ABA for pre-service teachers. However, an important point to consider, is that although the course increased the participants' knowledge, since the caregivers did not receive any direct coaching or feedback on how they were implementing procedures, we do not know how this knowledge translated into practice.…”

“…The UK Society for Behaviour Analysis was established in 2013. Other examples of the development of behavior analysis in Europe can be seen in the cases of Italy (Moderato & Presti, 2006), Spain (Ruíz et al, 2006), the Czech Republic (Kingsdorf & Pančocha, 2020), and France (Richelle et al, 2006). For example, Richelle et al (2006) described how the French-speaking parts of Europe were not as influenced by behavior analysis as the English-speaking parts had been.…”

“…Translations of teaching materials were becoming available (SimpleSteps, 2013) or in progress (Cooper et al, 2020). Generally, ABA practices have become relatively well established in the Czech Republic although much work remains (Kingsdorf & Pančocha, 2020) Greece History of behaviour analysis and higher education in Greece Behaviour analysis in Greece has a rather short history. It has been taught in several public Greek Universities since the mid-1990s, at times as a separate course, but more often as part of other degree courses.…”
