A Survey of Hiring Practices in Selected School Districts

Abstract: Braun, Willems, Brown, and Green pro vide information on how education majors should prepare application papers and what they should expect in interviews. Two hundred and seventy- one (271) secondary and elementary administrators responded to a survey re garding the procedures they use when employing teaching staff.
