A Supraglottic Mass in a Pediatric Patient: An Unusual Presentation of Lymphoma

Abstract: Objective: To present a case of laryngeal lymphoma in a pediatric patient and perform a literature review of this rare entity. Patient: A 13-year-old male presented with a rapidly enlarging right neck mass. Work-up of the neck mass included a computed tomography scan of the neck with contrast and revealed a 2.5 cm right level II neck mass and an asymmetric lobulated soft tissue mass in the right pyriform sinus.
