A Successfully Treated Case of Strangulated Intestinal Obstruction Caused by the Left Urter after Radical Hysterectomy for Uterus Cancer

Abstract: A 50-year-old woman underwent radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection for uterus cancer 1 month previous. She complained of frequent vomiting and abdominal cramps after taking dinner and was diagnosed with mechanical intestinal obstruction. After 3 days of conservative treatment, computed tomography revealed a strangulated intestinal obstruction.
