A subset of diffuse-type gastric cancer is susceptible to mTOR inhibitors and checkpoint inhibitors

Abstract: BackgroundMechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway is essential for the growth of gastric cancer (GC), but mTOR inhibitor everolimus was not effective for the treatment of GCs.
