A subjective perspective on genderization issues in software development life cycle

Abstract: This paper addresses the issue of organisational genderization and impact of genderization in software development life cycle and how they could be used to improve several aspects of the lifecycle -from requirements engineering to software maintenance. These observations would be useful in addressing issues that arise in increasing the number of women in computing, software education and other related areas.
