A Study on the Human Relationship of Teachers : Focused on Home day-care Center

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know what teachers in home day-care center experience on human relationship. Participants of this study are 12 teachers in home day-care center who worked C, M and J cities. And they can offer important informations about human relationship. We used in-depth interview and focus group interview divided three group depending on teaching experiences. During focus group interview, teachers in home day-care center shared their human relationship based on sympathy. Data were recorded and documented. As a result, first, teachers in home day-care center have inner conflicts. Second, they recognized about their director negatively. Third, they thought co-workers are competitor. Lastly, they suggested alternative perspective and approach that can be overcome from human relationship.
