A Study on the Effect of Private-led Commercial Area Revitalization on the Change of the Use Distribution of Buildings in Existing Urban Areas Focused on Incheon Gaehang-ro Area

Abstract: Recently, the number of new stores created by young businessmen and their class has been increasing area since the Gaehang-ro project. It can be seen that this study created a trend of change from the opening of the food service industry in an area where the influx of people was limited, centering on the retail industry.
