In the last ten years, the government of Indonesia aggressively built multiple hospitals in the underdeveloped, borders, and islands regions and regions with health problems to tackle the lack of healthcare service in those regions. These hospitals are run by three types of healthcare workers i.e., government employees, contract employees, and honorary employees. Regardless of their type of employment, all healthcare workers are required to adhere to the standard of care and are expected to perform their best at their jobs. However, the different career path among these three types of healthcare workers often impacts their job performance. This study aims to ascertain the impact of career path strategy on healthcare performance and explain the factors influencing their performance. This study is an analytic quantitative study with a cross-sectional design conducted at Palmatak Regional Hospital, Kepulauan Anambas Regency. The population of this study is all healthcare workers in Palmatak Regional Hospital, amounting to 140 healthcare workers, and all population included as sample (total sampling). The data in this study was collected using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been tested. This study finds that work hours, training, career development, and promotion significantly affected healthcare workers' performance (p<0.05). Amongst them, career development (OR=35.51) and training (OR=55.37) are the most influential factors in healthcare workers' job performance. This study suggested that career path, especially the presence of training and career development, positively impact healthcare workers' performance. This study also encourages hospital management to regularly hold training and encourage their workers to develop themselves.Keywords: Career path, healthcare workers, performance, hospital.

This research aims to reveal the influence of human resource management practices on innovative work behaviour and the mediating variables of organisational citizenship behaviour and employee satisfaction. This research was conducted at Khairun University with a sample of 150 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire and distributed via the Google Form application. To analyse the data, Partial Leads Square (PLS) was used. The results of the description of respondents' answers revealed that all research variables were assessed by respondents in the sufficient category. The seven hypotheses tested in this research were declared accepted, both direct and indirect effects. Six have a positive direction of influence, and only one has a negative influence, namely the influence of human resource management practices on innovative work behaviour. So, whether an endogenous variable is good or bad is determined by the condition of the exogenous variable. Based on these findings, it is recommended that severe attention from leadership elements be given to improve all the variables studied to improve the organisation.

The research delved into the impact of attitudes toward work on both work ethics and organizational citizenship behavior. To enrich the understanding of this relationship, existing literature was thoroughly examined. Employing a descriptive assessment coupled with a correlational research design, the study focused on employees within the Divine Word College of Laoag. Data collection was facilitated through the administration of questionnaires, while inferential statistical tools such as mean and ANOVA were employed for data analysis. The findings indicated a notably high level of both cognitive and affective attitudes toward work among employees, paralleled by elevated levels of work ethics and organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, correlational analysis unveiled significant relationships between attitudes toward work and organizational citizenship behavior, encompassing its OCBO dimension. Similarly, a correlation was identified between attitudes toward work and work ethics. Despite its insightful findings, it's worth noting that the study's scope was confined to a specific population. Consequently, there arises a necessity for further research encompassing a broader demographic to ensure the generalizability of the findings.
