A Study on the Attitude of Female Members of Asur Community People with Varying Literacy and Marital Status Regarding Provision of Education

Abstract: The present study is aimed to find out the relation between literacy status and attitude towards education as well as between marital status and attitude towards education among the female Asur, an aboriginal tribal community in West Bengal, India. A total of sixty numbers of samples from Cooch Bihar and Alipurduar districts, WB were selected for this study.
