The consideration of PwDs' needs in street design is even more critical now, especially when the statistics from the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (Social Welfare Department) show an increasing trend in the number of PwDs in Malaysia (Bashiti & Abdul Rahim, 2015).
