Abstract:BACKGROUND Solitary Fibrous Tumour (SFT) is an uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm of fibroblastic type arising anywhere in the body. Classic SFTs show neoplastic cells arranged in a pattern of less architecture with alternating hypo and hypercellular areas and prominent branching vasculature.
