Abstract-Information Technology (IT) has modernized healthcare sector via the newest development. Cloud computing in healthcare is budding and charming as crucial methodologies by most of the stakeholders. It has the special ability to offer infinite capacity and power of process in the ehealthcare sector. This leads computer to be used efficiently and exclusively by the sharing of resources in healthcare. This paper provide a review of some proposed cloud based ehealthcare architectures edge along with issues in both technologies and the crucial reasons of enhancing forward to a cloud based e-healthcare especially in Malaysia.

Emergence of cloud computing bring new evolution in information technology (IT) industry. Cloud computing is growing interest to several organizations all over the world but adoption of cloud computing is not easy task because there are many barriers associated with adopting it, which should be eliminated. In the healthcare sector the rate of adopting the cloud computing is low and several barriers involve in adopting the cloud computing in the healthcare sector that major barrier is security. The aim of this paper is to investigate the cloud computing adoption in the healthcare sector using SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis. The results reveal the cloud computing adoption is one of the suitable solutions based on SWOT analysis for healthcare sector issues such as: cost, storage, collaborating.

This research aims to identify factors that affect cloud computing (CC) adoption decisions among Saudi health care organizations. More precisely, a research model has been developed and tested to present factors that can facilitate or inhibit the decision to adopt CC in such organizations. In addition to its theoretical contributions, this model would help to formulate some recommendations that can aid IT/IS managers in Saudi health care organizations in making the right decisions when adopting cloud solutions. These managerial contributions are very interesting since the health care sector is very advanced and the number of health care organizations searching for new and effective IT solutions is growing quickly in Saudi Arabia. A quantitative type of research was conducted using a self-administered survey methodology. Data collected from 123 Saudi health care organizations are used to test the research hypotheses. They are analyzed by using XLStat by structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that top managers' support and adequate resources, competitive pressure, and security and compatibility, representing organizational, environmental and technology factors, respectively, are perceived as significant factors for adopting a CC system. Considering the direct and indirect effects of the main variables on CC decisions regarding adoption, we propose some recommendations that would benefit decision-makers and scholars in this area.
