A study on obstetric profile of antenatal mothers in a community: Cross sectional study

Abstract: In most developed countries, pregnancies are planned, complications are few and outcomes are generally favourable for both mother and infant. Adverse outcomes are far more frequent in the developing world. The most severe adverse outcome of pregnancy is the death of the mother or her offspring. The adverse pregnancy outcome means those pregnancies which terminate causing high risk to the mother and child's health and life.
